- Are you licensed and insured?

- Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency plumbing services. If you have an urgent issue like a burst pipe or a major leak, please call us immediately.
- How can I prevent my pipes from freezing in the winter?
To prevent frozen pipes, we recommend insulating any exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements or crawl spaces. During very cold weather, letting a faucet drip slightly can also help prevent freezing.
- What should I do if my toilet is constantly running?
A running toilet is often caused by a faulty flapper or an improperly adjusted float. While these can sometimes be a simple fix, it can also be a sign of a more complex issue. If you are unsure, it is best to have a professional take a look to avoid wasting water.
- What should I do if my heat pump isn't working efficiently?
Heat pumps are popular in our mild climate, but they can lose efficiency in very cold weather. If you notice issues, check that outdoor units are clear of debris and ice. If problems persist, our certified technicians can diagnose and repair heat pump issues.
- Are there any local water quality issues I should be aware of?
Delta's water is generally good quality, but some areas may experience hard water or mineral buildup. We can assess your water quality and recommend solutions like water softeners or filtration systems if needed.
- How quickly can you respond to service calls?
For non-emergency calls, we typically schedule within 1-2 business days. Emergency calls receive priority response, often within a few hours depending on the severity and our current schedule.
- Do you work weekends and holidays?
Yes, we provide emergency services 7 days a week, including holidays. Weekend and holiday service may include additional charges for non-emergency work.
- What should I do to prepare for your visit?
Please clear the area around the problem location, ensure we have access to your electrical panel and water shut-off valve, and have any relevant warranty information available. For furnace work, ensure the area around your unit is accessible.
- Can you install or repair gas lines and appliances?
Yes, as a licensed gasfitter, I can install, repair, and maintain natural gas lines and appliances including furnaces, hot water tanks, fireplaces, and BBQ connections. All gas work includes proper permits and safety inspections.
